16 Students Become U.S. Citizens

pages-about2Grandparents, Jose Luis Santi Silio and Margarita Maestri, help their 10-year-old grandson hang an American flag for their first July 4th celebration as American Citizens.

This year the Literacy Council has had 16 students studying with us pass the US Citizenship exam and become citizens.
